            In recently submitted  Scrutiny Report to Hon’ble Arbitrator, our some members are placed in List No. II i.e. the claimant who had not  paid full development charges @ Rs. 550/- per Sq.Yd.   We tried to contact  all these members through Whatsapp as well as Blog but despite of efforts, following members not came forward with supporting documents about their full payment:

Dear  Members,

       As all are aware that the  Hon’ble Supreme Court  appointed  Arbitrator  in our  case WP(C) 876/96 to  Justice (Rtd.) Vikrmajit Sen former Judge of Supreme Court of India.

        Ld. Arbitrator, nominated a Committee for verification/scrutiny  of claims of  plot claimants.

        The Committee submitted the scrutiny report to Ld. Arbitrator on 28/10/2017 at 4:00 p.m.  Ld. Arbitrator passed the order to Govt.  to place the report on their website so that all claimant may go through it.

        The Association has already received the report and going through it.  If any individual would like to see, may go at site wwwtcp.hry.gov.in for details.
