As all are aware that
the Hon’ble Supreme Court appointed
Arbitrator in our case WP(C) 876/96 to Justice (Rtd.) Vikrmajit Sen former Judge of Supreme
Court of India.
Ld. Arbitrator, nominated a Committee
for verification/scrutiny of claims
of plot claimants.
The Committee submitted the scrutiny
report to Ld. Arbitrator on 28/10/2017 at 4:00 p.m. Ld. Arbitrator passed the order to Govt. to place the report on their website so that
all claimant may go through it.
The Association has already received
the report and going through it. If any individual would like to see, may go at site wwwtcp.hry.gov.in for details.
