Dear Member,

            As you are well aware that the case of your plot at Okhla Enclave is being heard by the Ld. Arbitrator.   On 23-01-2018, a letter was written by him to Hon’ble Supreme Court and expressed his views that it is impossible to achieve the report even by the end of 2018, however, would like to resign from the Arbitral Tribunal.  In fact extension was already granted by the Hon’ble Court up to July 31, 2018.

            The matter was placed before the Hon’ble Court on 06-02-2018 and after hearing upon the parties, the Hon’ble Court has approved the extension up to March 31, 2019 instead of July 31, 2018.

            Now further hearing will be fixed by the Ld. Arbitrator and all necessary information will be provided on your whatsapp as well as Association Blogger.

            In recently submitted  Scrutiny Report to Hon’ble Arbitrator, our some members are placed in List No. II i.e. the claimant who had not  paid full development charges @ Rs. 550/- per Sq.Yd.   We tried to contact  all these members through Whatsapp as well as Blog but despite of efforts, following members not came forward with supporting documents about their full payment:
