The entry in Meeting Hall is through the Gate Pass which will be provided at the Attendance Counter only to members.

Dear Members,

Our case in Hon'ble Supreme Court was listed at Item No. 6 in Court No. 4 for hearing on 12th July 2011 but could not come on Board that day.

Again the case was listed for 13th July at Item No. 8 but again it did not come on Board for hearing. On both occasions our advocates waited in vain for their turn.

We have to watch the lists of Hon'ble Court for our turn.

At present, we have no other option except to wait for our turn. Please bear with us.

Dear Member, The case was heard by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 13-04-2011. Various issues were raised by the advocates. Our advocate requested to dispose-off all those IAs whose applicants never gone before the Court Commissioner and to pass the order for development work at site. The Court would like to know the views of Govt. of Haryana but their advocate was not present. An another party has also filed an IA wherein it has been requested that he is owner of M/s. Durga Builders (P) Ltd. After upon hearing counsel the Court made the following Ordr: "In all fresh applications on board. Issue notice. Reply, if any, be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder there to within a week threafter. List the applications immediately after summer vacation on a non-miscellaneous day. Counsel for the State of Haryana is directed to remain present on the next date of hearing." On view of above, we have no option to wait further. NEW YEAR 2011

Case status

Dear Respective Member,

The case filed by our Association was heard by a new bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 10th Dec.'10. Each parties advocates tried to explain their parts on his way. Our advocate mentioned before the bench that now new issues are being raised despite of Court Commissioners' report. However, the case be heard on non-miscellenious day for final disposal as we are long sufferor.

The Hon'ble Court decided that all IAs (Interrvention Applications) will be dispossed-off on next date of non-miscellenious day so that main case may be decided. Advocates requested that next date be fixed for 3rd or 4th week of Jan. 2011.

Now, on internet the next date of hearing is being shown for 13th April 2011 which is a non-miscellenous day.

Under the present circumstance, we hope for positive out come on next hearing. Your co-operation & support is requested as earlier.
