Dear Member,
The case was heard by the Hon’ble bench of thrice Judges
on 4th August 2014. To comply
the order dated 10th July 2014,
affidavit was filed by the DGTPC (Director General Town & Country Planning) Govt. of Haryana on 29.7.2014. Some counsels of respondents and petitioners are intend to file their objections to the said affidavit/report. The Hon’ble Court directed to file objection
if any and the case will be heard after four weeks'.
