NOTICE FOR AGM

        The AGM of Association  will be held on 11-03-2018 (Sunday) at 1:00 AM sharp at ND Tiwari Bhawan(Basement), Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Centre, 219, Deendayal Upadhyay Marg, ITO, ND-110002 to transact the following Items of Agenda:-

1.   Welcome of Members  by the President,

2.   Views of Members,

3.   General Secretary Report about the activities of Association,

4.   Audited A/Cs Balance Sheet up to March 2017 &  expenditure up to 31-3-2018,

5.   Election of new Governing Body (By raising of hand)/ fixing of new date ,

6.   Any other Item by permission of Chair,

7.   Vote of thanks by President.

All the members are requested to clear their pending dues on account of membership or legal charges on or before 11-03-2018 to avoid any inconvenience.  After payment of dues, please mark your attendance immediately and get Entry Token from the office bearer having the Attendance Registrar.  The Attendance is in two part, one for HC and other for SC.  The pending  dues list have already placed on Blog.

We have to vacate the Hall at 4:45 PM so the members who wants to participate for Item No. 2, is requested to give his name slip to Sh. Vijay Bhushan, Executive Member up to 1:10 PM on the day.
