Dear  Sir/Madam,

            During the hearing on 4^th Oct. 2018, the STP Faridabad pointed out before the Ld. Arbitrator that various claimants have not shown their payment details  at the time of verification.  The payments of various claimants were not complete as per cut-off date fixed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and such names are kept in Annexure-V of Vol;-II.

            Association has already objected about the persons who are having sufficient proof of payment but despite that their names are in Annexure No-V, our members detail is as under:

KK Subharamaniam S/o K Kovid  R/o 7/18, Nainapalam, Tamilnadu, Plot No. C-247, Dhani Ram S/o Tulsi Ram R/o Kangra(HP), Plot No. C-84, Lal  Singh Manjotra S/o Bchitra Singh, R/o Malviya Nagar, Plot No. D-53A status have also been changed from List 1 to V.

            The above members are once again requested to submit the copy of their payment details to STP immediately i.e. R.No. or DD/Cheque under which payment made to Builder or Director Town & Country Planning, Chandigarh along with a copy to Association.

           

            This may be treated as MOST URGENT as on last hearing the STP was directed by the Ld. Arbitrator to submit the list of genuine entitled allottees.
