ANNUAL   GENERAL BODY MEETING.

The AGM  of Association  is fixed for 26^th, May 2013  at 10.30 AM at Hindi Bhawan (Near Bal Bhawan), ITO, New Delhi-10002 to transit the following Agenda Items:-

1.    Welcome of members by the President  & short briefing of the case,

2.    Members Views & their positive suggestions,

3.    General Secretary Report on the issues of case.

4.    Discussion about the election of new Executive Body.

5.    Presentation of Audited Accounts for the year 2011-12.

6.    Thanks  by the President.

Entry of members to auditorium is by Gate Pass (only after show of ‘no dues’ or clearance of outstanding dues by the member).  However, all members are requested to deposit their outstanding dues with the Cashier & then mark their attendance on Attendance Register where he will get a “GATE PASS”. Any change in your address, Cell No. & e-mail address can be recorded in the said Attendance Register to facilitate quick communication in future.   If some members are interested to deposit their dues before the AGM, they are most welcome and such members are requested either to contact S/Sh. GS Rana or GS Routela after confirming their availability on Cell Nos. 9868149777 & 9899360062 respectively. At the end of meeting, the said Gate Pass is to be exchanged at Counter with a light refreshment Box.    .
