The case  heard by a bench of Hon’ble Apex Court & passed following order:

“UPON   hearing  the  Counsels  the  Court  made  the  following 

                                             ORDER

            Perused the letters circulated.  In  terms  of  Order  dated 10^th  February, 2015,  the  Amicus  Curiae  was  required  to  submit  requisite  report  within  a  period  of  four  weeks.  Ms. Anitha  Shenoy, learned  Co-Amicus  Curiae  further  seeks  four  weeks’  more  time  for  compliance  of  the  order. 

            By  way  of  last  indulgence, we  allow  time  till  10^th  April, 2015.

            The  matter  be  placed  within  a  week  thereafter.”
