Dear Members,

            The case was heard by the Bench of Hon’ble Apex Court on 15^th April, 2015 and  order passed  to provide the copies of Amicus Curiae report to parties through e-mail and the parties have been asked to submit their objections, if any, within four weeks’ for further action in the matter.

            Late night the mail was received with the attachment of said report.  Broadly it is noticed that the facts from issuing the licenses to M/s. Durga Builders (P) Ltd to up to date available facts are placed in a brief shape  in report under reference. 

            Dear Members, now the brief/summery of case is before the Hon’ble Court  for further action in the matter.  We hope that now the case will be heard in the month of July 2015 due to summer vacation from 2^nd week of May to 30^th June’15.

            We will remain in touch with our members & their suggestions are most welcome.
