Dear HC/SC Members,   

           To comply with the order of Hon’ble Arbitrator, 2nd meeting of nominated Committee was held under the Chairmanship of Sr. Town & Country Planner on 22-10-2016 at 4:00 PM at Faridabad and it is decided that the verification process of Ist lot be started from 7^th Nov. 2016.  The verification process will be start at 3:00 PM at 2^nd Floor, Town & Country Planning Deptt., Laghu Sachivalaya,  Sector-12, Faridabad.

          It is not confirmed so far that who & how many claimants will be called on that day. In this regard as and when the  intimation will be received from the Town & Country Planning Deptt.,  the message will be put on Association Blogger as well as WhatsApp.    The Claimants who will be called on 7^th Nov., are requested to bring their all Original documents along with the Aadhar Card/Pass Port and Pan Card (if available).

       Despite of our lot  of efforts,  following HC/SC non-defaulter members have not submitted their documents:

         The Committee was requested to extend the date to submit the documents for rest members but not done so and assured that their cases will be considered later on.

       We would like to request the above members to keep ready their documents in proper sequence as already mentioned earlier in Blogger so that we may remind the Committee again otherwise the fact will be brought before the Hon’ble Arbitrator on next hearing but we should sure that all above members’ documents are ready for submission.

Despite of lot of effort various SC/HC  Members have not submitted copies of their documents so far.  Executive Body decided that a final opportunity be given such members with the request to submit required documents in proper sequence on 17-10-2016 (Monday) at 4:00 PM at Sun Dial Park, Ring Road, Opposite-Bala Sahib Gurudwara, Barapulla Nalla, New Delhi.

          All documents should in file cover (not Plastic) with paging as already given in Blogger.

Dear Plot Holders,

            In compliance of Hon’ble Arbitrator Order. a meeting of nominated Committee as well as representative of various Association along with their advocates was held on 10-10-2016 at 3:30 p.m. at Faridabad  under  the Chairmanship of Sr. Town Planner.   After discussion Sr. Town Planner clarified as under:

1.    That the documents of plots require from each plot holders including Supreme Court allottees.

2.     The copies if documents will be accepted in his office up to 17rh Oct, 2016 (Monday).

3.    The submitted documents should be paged properly and kept in a file cover with Index.

        We are deputing some persons to collect the said documents of our member on 15-10-2016 (Saturday) at Ist Floor Hall, Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Nehru Nagar (Near Sreeniwaspuri), New Delhi between 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Supreme Court allottees are requested to please furnish the copies of following documents at above mentioned address as per schedule:

i)             Affidavit on simple plain paper. (Draft is below)

ii)            Possession letter

iii)           Sale-0deed (Registry)

iv)           Copy of ID proof viz. Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Pass Port etc.

The HC allottees who have not submitted their following documents so far, are requested to bring the same at above address also so that it could be produced to STP Office for verification:

i)             Affidavit on plain paper draft available on blogger.

ii)            Payment Statement to Durga Builder  viz. S.No., Receipt No./Date , Amount, payment in lieu of.

iii)           Allotment letter.

iv)           Agreement to sale,

v)            Sale-deed (Registry) if done.        

All the papers should page properly and Ist page should be Index

            The HC Members who have already submitted their documents in last month, need not to submit again but they keep ready their affidavit  for the day of verification, if require. 

            The SC/HC allottees who have not paid their dues like legal charges & current year  subscription, are also requested to clear the same on the spot & get receipt against   the payment.  We hope the verification procedure will be started shortly.

            We would like  to make it very clear that if any allottee member will not submit their documents, they will  be responsible for any repression  on his risk & cost.
