Plot Holders,
In compliance of Hon’ble Arbitrator’s Order, a meeting of
nominated Committee, representative of various Associations along with their advocates
was held on 10-10-2016 at 3:30 p.m. at Faridabad under
the Chairmanship of Sr. Town Planner.
After discussion Sr. Town Planner clarified as under:
11. That the documents of plots are required from
each plot holder including Supreme Court
allottees.
22. The copies of documents will be accepted in his
office up to 17th Oct, 2016 (Monday).
33. The submitted documents should be paged
properly and kept in a file cover with Index.
We are deputing some persons to collect the
said documents of our member on 15-10-2016
(Saturday) at Ist Floor Hall, Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Nehru Nagar (Near
Sreeniwaspuri), New Delhi between 2:30
p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The
Supreme Court allottees are requested to please furnish the copies of following
documents at above mentioned address as per schedule:
i)
Affidavit on simple plain paper (Draft is
below),
ii)
Possession letter,
iii)
Sale deed (Registry),
iv)
Copy of
building plan order, if any,
v)
Copy of ID proof viz. Aadhaar Card, Voter Card,
Pass Port etc.
The HC
allottees who have not submitted the following documents so far, are requested
to bring the same at above address so that it could be produced before STP
Office for verification:
i)
Affidavit on plain paper draft available on
blogger,
ii)
Payment Statement to Durga Builder viz. S.No., Receipt No./Date , Amount,(with photo copy of receipts),
iii)
Copy of Allotment letter,
iv)
Copy Agreement to sell,
v)
Copy of Sale deed (Registry) if done,
vi)
Copy of ID viz Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Pass
Port etc.
All the papers should paged properly in above sequence which tagged in file cover (not plastic) . Ist. page should be Affidavit.
The HC Members who have already submitted their documents
in last month, need not to submit again but keep ready their affidavit for the day of verification, if required. (Draft is already placed on Blogger on 16th
Sept. 2016).
The SC/HC allottees who have not paid their dues like
legal charges & current year subscription, are also requested to clear the
same on the spot and get receipt against
the payment.
We hope the verification procedure will be
started shortly.
We would like to make it very clear that if any member fails
to submit his/her documents, he/she will be responsible for any repercussion at
his/her own risk and cost despite our several reminders.
