Dear HC Members,

 You are well aware that the Hon’ble Arbitrator has passed the order to DTP to verify the original documents of HC allottees to avoid any duplicity. Accordingly, the HC allotteres were requested to supply the copies of their documents but in response we got only 48 members documents.  

As no verification work was carried out  by the DTP till date despite of our follow up, the issue was brought to the notice of Tribunal who heard the case today on 8th Oct. ’16.  The Builder and the Govt.  reported to Tribunal that we have not provided the documents of our HC Allottees to them.  After lot of discussion on the issue finally order passed by the Hon’ble Arbitrator to provide the copies of following documents to Govt. by 17-10-2016 (Monday) positively. 

The HC allottees of NPNL Category who have not yet submitted the same, are requested to submit the copies of following documents on  15^th of October,’16 (Saturday) to Association at Udhog Bhawan Bus stop park  between 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. 

1.   Affidavit (Already  placed in Blog),

2.   Payment Statement to Durga Builders.

3.   Copy of Allotment letter,

4.   Copy of Agreement to Sale,

5.   Copy to Sale deed,

6.   Copy of ID viz. Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Passport etc. etc.

All  the above documents should in separate two file covers in above

mentioned sequence to facilitate of verification.  After submission, you will be called for verification most probably in this month on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Faridabad but actual schedule will be communicated later on.

          We would like to make it very clear that suppose if you fail to submit the copies of your plot documents, the Association will not be responsible for any repercussions on the issue.

          Your co-operation is must.
