Dear Members,

The hearings on 23^rd & 30^th April were held before Hon’ble Arbitrator.  Number of individual persons came before him and they have been directed either come through Association or form another Association/Group at least 15 persons.

Further, all parties have been directed to file the list of their members.  We have already filed a fresh list of our members who are in touch of Association and paying their contribution.

“Cut of date”  of payment  is Ist issue . i.e. Date of booking of plot and  date of its full payment which was discussed and hope on next hearing  will be finalised.   The next hearing is on 7^th May 2016.
