Dear Plot Holders,
As already published that the annual membership has revised by the Executive Body from Rs. 100/= to Rs. 200/= w.e.f. 01-03-2009. Still various members are furnishing cheque of Rs. 100/- instead of Rs. 200/- We have to close our financial account of current year, in coming March, therefore, it is requested to deposit the current membership urgently. The members who had not paid earlier membership i.e. 2008-09, have to pay Rs. 100/= inaddition to current membership.
Your cooperation is requested.

    Subject: Regarding Extraordinary and meeting on 19.2.2012 at Sanjay Jheel.

    We would like to draw your kind attention, on the behalf of members of our Association towards a matter of transparency and accountability for the protection of interest of plot holders those have been fighting for justice for a long period. After the several meeting it came that most of people are not aware the status of their cases. The entire record is kept in the office and residence of General Secretary that is not easy to go through the entire file. Keeping above fact in mind, we would like to request President and Gen. Secy. to take following steps for the benefit of entire organization and members.

    1. We may request to make a photocopy copy of entire document from day one to till now so that anybody can go through easily. It is not advisable to go through the original document. Along with this, you may also provide a certified copy of our Memorandum of Association.
    2. We may request you to download the entire list of all members with their phone no. and email so that interaction can be established.
    3. We may request you to give information about the different organization fighting together and also make available their MOU for the different cases that are going on in different courts.
    4. Some land belongs to phase II is attached by High Court dated 15.11.2010 (as appeared in the sign board enclosed); you may let us know the status of attached land by the court. How many member’s land has been attached in phase II, if any, let us know the name of the members and detail of the land.
    5. We may request you to provide us information regarding Property of Class Sales Pvt. Ltd. 6A 28, Ferozshah Road, New Delhi as appears in the sign Board in Phase I.(copy enclosed)
    6. For the speedy of the work, you may constitute an Advisory Committee, as discussed on 25.12.2011 at Sanjay Jheel, of the members so that work will be effectively done in future.
    7. We may request president and Gen Secy. to call Extraordinary Meeting GBM on 19 Feb. 2012 for further strengthening the Association.
    8. We may request you to take legal action against the encroachment in phase II so that further encroachment can be stopped.
    9. It is observed that a large number of people are pouring sewerage water and factory waste in our plots that is hazardous for land and even ground water in a big way. We may request you to take suitable action in order to stop this kind of nuisance so that plot holders can construct their houses in their land.
    10. It may be clarified that why the letterhead of Okhla Enclave Welfave Welfare Association (Regd.) (letter dated 15th Nov. 2011 enclosed) has been used to call AGM instead of our association’s letterhead i.e. Okhla Enclave Plot Holder’s Welfare Association (Regd.).
