  1. I, R.L. Kaplesh holder of Plot No. J-21, Phase-II visited the site on 13-11-2010 (both Phase-I & II) in phase-II, I noted that some of the house has been build-up in Durga Builder Land. Three-four boundaries by acquiring 1000 to 2000 Yard has been build up by some other party. Even one property dealer has buil-up his ofice in the Durga Builder Land and one building material supplier has also build up his godown at above land. On 13-11-2010 even one MELA was being organised by some unknown party at that site. No boundary of 135 Yard is available there. The entire land has been converted in to a playground and children are playing cricket on the land. All the plot holder of phase-II as well I are requested to visit the site immediately and the Association may be requested to fix up their Executive Body meeting and to decide the following matter urgently.
    1. De-markation of both phase is required very urgently and every plot holder may be asked to build-up the new boundary at their plot.
    2. Two security guard one for phase-I and one for Phase-II may be deployed and the guard may be provided mobile so that they may be in touch with the Association members as and when reuired.
    3. All the members may be asked to deposit the money with association for the above work.

    Very good suggestions . I have put boundry wall on my plot and regularly visiting the site .

    My name is sanjeev Chauhan , I am also a member of this association I fully agree the point of Mr. R.L Kaplesh

    We have just saw or focus the Decision of Court , but we never saw the condition of our plot

    Most of marking and boundary of plot are not recognized some of construction in the are had been made I don’t now it was legal or illegal .

    As a member of this association I request all the member that we will take a serious step regarding the security of the Plot other wise one day we lose our plot

    Kindly take some serious step for following Points

    1. Re-Marking of Plot
    2. Arrangement of Security Gurd
    3. Arrangement of Proper Street Light
    4. Take a Boundary of Plot

  4. प्रिय सदस्य (नमस्कार)

    कई दिन बीत चुके है लेकिन कोई डेवलपमेंट हमारे मामले में जगह ले ली है शायद ही है, मैं allotees लोगों का कहना है मतलब है.

    कुछ समय मैं पता नहीं क्यों allotees इतनी बुरी हालत में हैं, हालांकि दुर्गा बिल्डर मूल रूप से सर्वोच्च अदालत से कहा कि वह उन लोगों को जो आवंटन दिया गया है के साथ कोई लड़ाई है में भर्ती कराया.

    मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से विश्वास है कि सभी संगठनों के सभी पदाधिकारियों दुर्गा के एजेंट हैं और वे मामले को मोड़ मासिक पैसा मिल रहा है.

    हमारे संघ महासचिव श्री पांडे सांसद भी दुर्गा के साथ सांठगांठ है और सिर्फ इस वजह से, हमारे मामले में स्थिति इतनी खराब है.

    अब समय आ गया है कि हम इन भ्रष्ट पदाधिकारियों के खिलाफ खड़े हैं और उन्हें जूते से हराया जाना चाहिए, अन्यथा लोग भूखंडों कभी नहीं मिलेगा allotees
