Dear Members,

Our case in Hon'ble Supreme Court was listed at Item No. 6 in Court No. 4 for hearing on 12th July 2011 but could not come on Board that day.

Again the case was listed for 13th July at Item No. 8 but again it did not come on Board for hearing. On both occasions our advocates waited in vain for their turn.

We have to watch the lists of Hon'ble Court for our turn.

At present, we have no other option except to wait for our turn. Please bear with us.

    This is just start of the wait.

    All alootee will wait for their turn in vain for whole life but wil get nothing because you have done nothing for alootees.

    Plots are avaialable in okhla enclave ( New colony being develop) in HEAVEN. Every body will get plots there as in this world we will not get plots.

  7. Good Morning to all the members

    All members of Phase-I &II are requested to take up the matter with Shri Pandey regarding to fix up the immediate date for holding general body meeting at once to discuss the following points.

    (1) Our Advocates are not able to put the matter in a proper way in the Hon’ble Court i.e. the case is lying pending since 1996 in the court. (2) De-markation of the plots be made immediately, new boundary with one Room be made on the plot so that at-least possession of plots will be in the hands of the plot holder. (3) Let the concern authority may take their own time for the development of the land / plot. (4) One security guard in each phase may be engaged and deployed and be provided with a mobile connection so that he may contact the Association member if any encroachment is done by any un-authorized party. (5)Encroachment if any has been made at the land of phase-I & II by any un-authorized party that may be got removed with the help of concerned police / agency. (6) Funds for under point No. (4) may be collected from the plot holders and if any extra funds is required by the Association that may also be intimated to the plot holders.

    An action on the above points is to be taken at the earliest otherwise paper of registry will be in the hand of plot holder and plot will be in the possession of other party and the actually plot holder will be like a KHOSLA KA GHONSHLA

  9. HAPPY NEW YEAR-2012 IN ADVANCE TO THE HON"BLE GENERAL SECRETARY AND ASSOCIATION MEMBERS, ALL PLOT HOLDER PHASE-I&II.

    All plot holders of Phase-I & II are requested to deposit legal charges of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to the association as desired vide their minutes of meeting dated 08-12-2011. I made visit several time to Phase-I &II. Phase-I is OK but at Phase-II the land has been converted in to a play ground and children of near by area are playing cricket at the said land. At present no allottee can identify their plot and the allottees who are presently in the age group of 60 years to 80 years even cannot show the plot to their children. I request the General Secretary of the Association for de-markation of plot of phase-II, so that plot holders may made the new boundaries or start constructions at the site. The Association is requested to get pass the building plan of 10-20 plots as a trial. If the building plan is got passed by the association from the District Town Plan Office Faridabad / approved Architected. This will be economical to the plat holders. The 10-20 allottee of Phase-II may be asked to deposit the funds with the association for this work so that building plans be got passed from the concerned authority and may start the construction. Let the concerned authority may take their time for development work and allottee are requested to start some constructions so that at least plot will be in their hand, failing which only registry papers will be left with the allottee.

    The Hon'ble General Secretary is again requested to made arrangement to carry out the de-markation of Phase-II at the earliest.
