All of you will be keen to know about progress of hearing in Hon’ble Supreme Court in the on going case. After a long gap the case was listed for 11.01.2012. On the said date it was listed as case # 10 but it didn’t come on board and was adjourned.. On 17.01.12 it came on board. Our Sr. Advocate dully assisted by his junior, vehemently pleaded the case for more than half an hour. He circulated brief history of the case to Justices & concerned Advocates. He pleaded that there are numerous
There are more than 40 IAs in the case, most of them are by our sister Association, Durga Builders Plot Holders Welfare Association, collectively or individually, who for most of the cases did not get their claims verified by the Court Commissioner, despite of ample time having been given to them.
We would submit the requisite reply through our Advocate at the earliest.

I would like to mention herein that proper transparency should be there since the plots are being acquired by some real estate companies and we are not being made aware of the same. Further we would advise that an extraordinary meeting should be held on this February 15, 2012 wherein we all can put for the findings of actual site. It has been seen that drainage water is being poured into the land where we have to construct our so called houses and nobody is bothered about the same. ReplyDeleteDear all plot holder of J-Block, Phase-II that the day before yesterday one bad element of that area has made some encroachment /boundary on 800 Sq. Ft. on the plot of some J Block plot holder (Supreme Court). All the plot holder of Phase-II are quested to be made available them self on Phase-II on dated 05-02-2012 at 10-00 AM positively to discuss regarding making boundary on the plots. Sh M.P. Panday Hon'ble General Secretary is also coming with other Executive Body Members. it is once again requested that all the plot holder of J Block (Supreme Court) be available on 05-02-2012 at 10-00 AM at Phase-II positively to discuss further on the matter.

some members of our associataion have lately enghted pointing false allegations aganist our executive body.I think they have shaken hand with Mr Nanda, whose main motive is to follow DEVIDE & RULE policy.
