CASE STATUS HEARD ON 19^TH NOV.2013

            The  ongoing case was heard by the bench of Hon’ble Apex Court on 19-11-2013.  In compliance of Hon’ble Apex Court’s  direction  dt. 18-07-2013 the Director General Town & Country Planning, Haryana  an affidavit along with interim consolidated list of eligible plot holders was submitted to the Court.  The names of almost all our members are in the said list.

             Counsels of applicants / respondents raised different issues regarding non-availability of copy of said affidavit and list to them, non-inclusion of some persons despite having made all payments to the colonizer, etc.  However, Court permitted all to get the copies on usual payment & file their reply within two weeks.

            The Director General Town & Country Planning has also been directed to examine the claims of petitioners / applicants after cross-checking with the builder.

            Applicants of various new IAs have been given opportunity to appear before the DGTPC between 21-11-2013 to 21-12-2013.

            The officer of DGTPC preparing the list and  Builder  have also been directed to be present on next hearing fixed for 16-01-2014.
