The case of WP(C) Nos. 113/96, 876/96 and its connected IAs was fixed for hearing on 21st April 2014 but could not heard as the bench was up to F.N. Now the next date has fixed for 29th April 2014.

Hello dear member i have a plot alloted from supreme court of india in block c in durga builder township more than 2 year completed we have completed our registration & map formalities as per supreme court of india order but there is many difficulties to built house in these colony i.e their is unauthorised construction is in durga builder township near the front gate 2, their is no electricity at these time & water connection 3, sewage water will blocked the entry to go to the plot so it is not possible to built house. today is the date in supreme court of india on these matter after 2 consecutive bench which will be postponed due to some other imp cases i will want to know why our organisation will not work on these issue i want to built my house because of these reason it is not possible to me if supreme court of india order the haryana town & planning to pass the map of all allotees as early as possible why our organisation is not serious to the member so they give facilities to built their houses
