The case was heard by the bench of of Hon’ble Court on 11^th Nov.’14  and issued the directions as under:

“Upon hearing the counsel the court made the following.

                                                                   Order

We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Director General, Town & Country Planning Haryana is directed to remove all encroachments in the area.

If necessary, he shall be at liberty to take Police help carrying out this order.

He is also directed to file a report before this Court including removal such encroachments.

List the matter after four weeks on a non-miscellaneous day.

Parties are at liberty to file pleadings in the meanwhile.”

The next date of hearing is fixed for 13^th Jan. 2015.
