Dear Sir,

The case was heard by the Hon’ble Court on 2nd & 3^rd  Dec. ’15 respectively.  After hearing the parties, Court came to the conclusion that  matter is complicated and under the circumstances,   Committee of a Retired Judge of Supreme Court have to  be constituted.   All parties were directed to submit  Terns & Reference for the purpose.

All parties submitted their Terms & References on  3^rd Dec. ‘15 and now the Court  directed that accepted/approved  Terms & References will be declared on  next week hearing.

Defaulter members are requested to clear their outstanding dues without any further delay.
