Dear Members,

                2^nd Meeting of Tribunal was held on 19^th March’16 at IIC Hall, Lodhi Road .   The new builder requested to Tribunal that the plots are short as the claimants are in large scale, however, he can arrange the flats to genuine booking holders or the permission be accorded to reduce the size of allotted/booked plots.  He also requested that the Ltd. Court Commissioner report is not useful under the present circumstances; however, the same may be treated as cancelled.

                The Association opposed the said proposal of flats.  Other issues were also discussed in length and Ltd. Arbitrator asked us to file the objections in writing within 10 days along with the detailed list of Members. 

                Next date is fixed for 7^th April’16.

                We are going to submit   the list of our non-defaulter members only along with other required documents.  

                The said information has already placed to those members who are in contact with the Association through WhatsApp.
