The 5^th  hearings was held on 7^th May 2016 before the Hon’ble Arbitrator and in terms to last hearing the case proceed as under:

1.       A detailed joint inspection/survey on mutually agreed date be undertaken by the officers  of Haryana Govt. and the Durga Builders Pvt. Ltd. to determine the extent of    encroachment over the licensed land in Phase-I & II before the next date of hearing.

2.       Land verification of the entitlement in hand of the occupier be ascertained.

3.       Cut-off date  be  fixed to determine the entitlement of the genuine/bonafide plot holders as below:

-Booking of plot before 07-4-1997 & its complete payment regularly.

-Payment of entire development Charges up to 31-12-1999 as already decided by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

4.      The payment  of cost of land after 07-04-97 and dev. Charges after 31-12-1999 can also be considered if they will ready to pay the actual cost of present estimate.

 We have already filed a fresh list of our members who are in touch of Association and paying their contribution.

. The next hearing is on 3rd June  2016.

The final order is still awaited.
