Dear Plot
Holders,
Plot details were collected
from you in the beginning of this month
in compliance of decisions taken by the Hon’ble Arbitrator dated 23-07-2016. The
details so received and compiled have been furnished to STP & DTP,
Faridabad with the request to intimate us the date of verification; the said
date is still awaited. We were to submit the supporting documents but they were
not collected/sent; however members are requested to keep all the documents
ready together with an affidavit as submitted before the Ld. Court
Commissioner.
In the case of the
Supreme court allottees the allotment ,
sale deed as well as building plans have
already been cleared in their favour, in view of this it was emphasized that
their verification is not necessary but this fact has not been reflected in the
Public Notice issued by DGTCP on 18.07.2016. The matter is taken up with the
legal counsel and as per his advice, the
issue is being raised in writing with the Govt. of Haryana and will be brought in
the notice of Arbitrator on next hearing i.e. 3rd Sept. 2016. Further
he advised to submit the required documents of HC allottees.
Therefore, it is decided that the
photo copies of documents will be collected from HC allottes in the Ist
stances. However, the HC Members are requested to bring the copies of following
documents in two sets in single plastic cover at 4:00 PM on 27/28 August. 2016 at Sanjay Lake, Opposite Laxmibai Nagar,ND:

The details of
HC members starting with alphabets from A to P will be received their documents
on 27-08-16 (Saturday) whereas rest of members i.e. R to Z will be collected on 28-08-2016 (Sunday) at same venue and time.
