Dear Members,

                The case was heard by the Hon’ble Arbitrator on 23rd July ’16 and lot of argument/discussion held between Govt.,  Builder & Associations in regard to bogus/duplicate/various  plots to a family. Finally, it is decided that the verification of papers of each potholders be carried on  again in the month of August’16.     The verification of papers will be done at Faridabad in the presence of new management of Builder but the venue of same will be conveyed by the  Govt. to Association.

The members are requested to submit their plot information to Association in following draft Proforma (which is still under approval of Govt.) for preparing compiled list further transmission to Govt. of Haryana.  Accordingly, the schedule for verification of original documents will be prepared with the Govt.  As per decision, each member presence is must with the original documents of plots i.e. Booking Receipt, Allotment letter, Agreement to Sale, Sale-deed, Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc.etc. 

Members are requested that to send their plot details to Association through e-mail in following Proforma (subject to approval of Govt. which can be changed) for further action at our end.
